Tory

Tory

Hygienist

Tory joined our team shortly after graduating from Kellogg in 2015 with a degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She’s certified in both local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration, she’s passionate about helping every patient feel at ease in the chair while guiding them toward a healthier, more confident smile.

Outside the office, Tory stays on her toes thanks to her daughter, who keeps her and her husband busy with dance competitions, cheer, and horse shows. When she's not chasing ribbons or stage makeup, Tory is indulging her not-so-secret sweet tooth (seriously, snacks don’t stand a chance around her!).

She’s also a dedicated animal lover and has a growing collection of furry companions—mostly dogs, but she’s not picky. Her obsession is well known around the office, and we all agree she might be one pup away from starting her own petting zoo. She’s also proud dog mom to Goody, our beloved office pup and unofficial therapy dog.

When she’s not with patients, you’ll likely find Tory hanging out with family and friends, volunteering in the community, or adding just one more animal to her growing household.

Beth

Hygienist

Beth has been a valued member of our team since 2002, bringing over two decades of experience, skill, and heart to her work as a dental hygienist. A graduate of the Dental Hygiene program at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, she is certified in both local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, making patient comfort and care a top priority.

Over the years, Beth has built lasting relationships with her patients, helping them achieve smiles they can truly feel confident in. Her favorite part of the job? Watching families grow and being a trusted part of their health journey through the seasons of life.

Beth and her husband, Jon, have three children—one of whom is preparing to retire from the U.S. Air Force. They cherish every moment spent with their ever-growing crew of grandchildren, who keep life joyful and full of energy.

When she’s not in the office, Beth is on the move. Whether she’s traveling, snowboarding, or hitting the soccer field or tennis courts, she’s always embracing adventure. One thing’s for sure—you won’t catch her sitting still on her day off!

Rylee

Rylee

Dental Hygienist

Rylee officially joined our team in July 2021 after earning her degree in Dental Hygiene from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, but her connection to our office goes way back. She’s been a familiar face here since the age of three, first as a patient and now as a passionate and knowledgeable hygienist.

Certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, Rylee is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She especially loves educating patients on the importance of preventative dental care and believes that small habits can lead to lifelong healthy smiles.

When she’s not in the office, Rylee is surrounded by animals—and she wouldn’t have it any other way! A proud pet lover (and self-proclaimed animal collector), she’s always finding creative ways to convince her soon-to-be husband, Jack, to expand their furry family. These days, she’s also been busy planning their upcoming wedding this fall, so if she looks extra radiant, now you know why!

Corie

Front Office Coordinator

Corie has been part of our team since 2018, but her connection to our office runs much deeper—she's been a patient here since 1993! Her passion for dentistry sparked early, leading her to begin working with us part-time back in 2008. Since then, she’s built an impressive background in both general dentistry and orthodontics, bringing over six years of orthodontic experience to our practice.

When she's not helping create fantastic smiles, Corie is out making memories! She and her husband, Jake, love to travel, explore the outdoors, and spend quality time with family, friends, and their mini goldendoodle, Tilly. She loves all kinds of music, and a country concert is always right up her alley, but don’t be surprised if you catch her rocking out to some 80s and 90s hits too! A thrill-seeker at heart, Corie never passes up a chance to hop on their ORV and hit the trails up north—fearless, fun, and always up for adventure!

Mashanda

Front Office Coordinator

Mashanda became part of the Schimp Family Dentistry team in April 2025, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the dental and orthodontic field. She’s passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles and finds joy in building genuine, lasting relationships with everyone she works with.

Originally from out of town, Mashanda has called Three Rivers home since 2017, where she lives with her husband and their two energetic children. Outside the office, she loves the calm of a quiet bonfire, the serenity of being near the water, and the beautiful unpredictability of family life.

Whether she’s at work or home, Mashanda embraces each day with warmth, care, and a touch of humor.

Lacey

Dental Assistant

Lacey has been a valued member of our team since 2014, bringing a blend of professionalism, humor, and heart to everything she does. A graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College and certified in dental radiology, she plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly—and keeping everyone smiling.

Married to her husband Lee, Lacey’s true soulmate might just be Drake, her beloved mini goldendoodle. Together, they have two energetic kids, Cameron and Chloe, who keep her busy with their packed sports schedules. When she’s not cheering from the sidelines, Lacey loves to unwind with a good book and quality time with family and friends.

A self-proclaimed travel enthusiast, she’s always dreaming up her next winter escape. Come summer, you’ll find her soaking up the sun on her boat, lounging by the pool, or relaxing in South Haven. Known for her quick wit and infectious laugh, Lacey is also the office’s go-to deal hunter—always ready to share her latest steal and help everyone save a buck.

Ashley

Dental Assistant

Ashley became part of our team in 2023, bringing with her over 16 years of dental assisting experience—and a whole lot of heart. A graduate of Olympia Career Training Institute in 2007, Ashley has worked in general dentistry, endodontics, and periodontics, giving her a well-rounded skill set and a calming presence in the operatory. She's especially passionate about helping patients overcome dental anxiety and loves building genuine connections that make every visit a little brighter.

Outside the office, Ashley wears many hats—wife to her husband, Joshua, proud mom to their daughter, Evelyn, and coach/cheerleader at every basketball/softball game, as well as on the theater stage. She’s all about making memories, whether it’s through camping trips, bonfire nights with friends, or family getaways. A lover of laughter, books, and bible studies, Ashley also dreams of going on mission trips one day. And if you’re looking for her on a quiet Saturday morning? She’s probably blissfully wandering through a plant shop—this proud plant lady never misses a chance to add a new leafy friend to her collection!

Goody

HR Department

Goody is our sweet and lovable office dog who takes her front desk duties very seriously—especially when it comes to making patients feel at home. With her signature smile and gentle demeanor, she’s become a favorite among visitors of all ages.

She’s always eager to greet you with an excited smile, happily accepting pets, head scratches, and the occasional belly rub. Don’t be surprised if you hear soft snores coming from her cozy spot—Goody believes in working hard and napping harder!

You’ll usually find her in the office a day or two each week, bringing warmth, calm, and a little extra joy to our team and patients alike. With Goody around, our office feels just a bit more like home.
