Dr. Lindsey Schimp Morris 

General Dentist

Dr. Lindsey Schimp Morris is proud to serve the Kalamazoo community where she grew up. A graduate of Vicksburg High School, Dr. Lindsey went on to earn her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with top academic honors. She continued her education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, where she graduated in the top 10 of her class and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.


During dental school, Dr. Lindsey’s dedication to excellence earned her the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Award as well as the University of Maryland Community Service Award, recognizing both her clinical expertise and her commitment to giving back.


Following graduation, she completed an intensive Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. There, she received advanced training in general, pediatric, and oral surgery dentistry before returning to her hometown to join the team at Schimp Family Dentistry in 2017.


Passionate about lifelong learning, Dr. Lindsey stays at the forefront of dental advancements through continuing education. She is an active member of the Michigan Dental Association and the American Dental Association, and she has served as president of the Kalamazoo Valley Dental Society. Her favorite part of practicing dentistry is building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients of all ages.


Outside the office, Dr. Lindsey enjoys life on Indian Lake with her husband Matt and their two children, Murphy and Camden. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves water and snow skiing, biking, reading, and exploring new places with her family.

Dr. Jeffrey Schimp

General Dentist

Dr. Jeffrey Schimp began his career in dentistry in 1983 and has been a dedicated part of the practice ever since! In 2024, he began transitioning into retirement. These days, he’s enjoying more time with his four grandchildren and staying active with his favorite pastimes – golfing, fishing, gardening, and traveling. While he’s no longer seeing patients regularly, you might still catch him around the office from time to time!
